Article 1 (Application of these Terms)

These Terms of Service ("Terms") set forth the conditions for use of HairCutBook (the "Service") provided by us. By using the Service, users are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

Article 2 (Service Description)

The Service provides hair-cutting technique content (images, videos, text, etc.) to paid members.

Article 3 (Account Registration and Management)

1. Users are responsible for managing their own account information, including login credentials.
2. Transferring, lending, or sharing an account with third parties is prohibited.

Article 4 (Prohibition of Reproduction, Reposting, and Redistribution)

1. Users may not reproduce, repost, redistribute, sell, lend, or publicly transmit any content provided through the Service (including images, videos, text, and any material bearing a digital watermark) to third parties beyond the scope of personal use.
2. The foregoing also applies to reproductions made by screenshot, screen recording, photography, or any other means.
3. Users acknowledge and agree that content provided through the Service bears identifying information (including an email-address watermark) unique to the user.
4. If we confirm that content from the Service has been distributed beyond the scope of a user's permitted use, we may identify the user based on the identifying information embedded in the content and take the following actions:
   • Issue a warning to the user
   • Suspend the account or terminate membership
   • Pursue damages or other legal action
5. We bear no responsibility for any damage incurred by the user as a result of the measures described in the preceding item.

Article 5 (Prohibited Acts)

When using the Service, users may not:

• Violate any law or public order and morals;
• Interfere with the operation of the Service;
• Obtain or use an account through unauthorized access or other improper means;
• Engage in the reproduction, reposting, or redistribution described in Article 4.

Article 6 (Account Suspension and Termination)

If a user violates these Terms, we may suspend the account or terminate membership without prior notice.

Article 7 (Refund and Cancellation Policy)

• All content sold through this Service is digital in nature. As such, cancellations and refunds are not accepted after purchase is complete.
• If a technical issue arises after purchase, such as failure to receive login credentials, please contact us and we will assist you.

Article 8 (Disclaimer)

1. We do not guarantee the accuracy or usefulness of the content provided through the Service.
2. We shall not be liable for any damages incurred by users in connection with use of the Service, except in cases of our willful misconduct or gross negligence.

Article 9 (Changes to These Terms)

We may change these Terms at our discretion without prior notice to users. Any revised Terms shall take effect upon posting to this page.

Article 10 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance over any disputes arising in connection with the Service.
